I shouldn't have to hold for this length of time to beg someone to take my money! I now have zero interest in going to see Win Star Thackerville! If I am going to have to bend over, (b/c usually one is lucky to even break even when at a casino)I at least I want some decent food, a good time and people that care that I am enjoying myself while giving them my money. This casino definitely is not answering their phones just as stated so I believe the rest of the comments to be true as well. and that is enough for me! Thank you to all of the reviewers for taking the time to prevent me from driving all that distance to having a crappy time. There was hardly anyone that was happy about anything! I have been on hold for 53 min. I began to read SEVERAL of the pages of reviews at their own site. I decided to call the 844 number 2:15PM and while on hold decided to go to the website. I tried twice this AM on the 800 number and waited for 15 min. I have called both the 800 number listed and the 844 number listed on the invite to RSVP to. and having one closer for a quick getaway as I an in Houston. I received a complimentary package to stay, eat and gamble on their dime and was excited to try it out out having been to Biloxi, Vegas, La., Antigua casinos etc.
